How much does delivery cost?
Our shipping calculator will automatically calculate the best possible delivery cost based on product size, weight and your location. The shipping and delivery cost is calculated upon checkout after you enter your delivery address details and will appear prior to making a payment, so there are no surprises.
When should I expect my order to arrive?
The Furniture Guy values quick dispatching between 2-4 business days with conveyance from there on.

How can I track my order?
Tracking information is available for all items. Once dispatched from our warehouse, tracking will be directly emailed to you.
What if I am not home to accept my delivery?
If you’re not available to accept delivery or your delivery address is unattended, you must contact the courier with direct instructions: “Authority to Leave” goods if unattended. Please note that this will void The Furniture Guy’ and the courier’s liability that covers any loss, theft, or damage to your product. If you do not specify “Authority to Leave”, our couriers will leave a card in your mailbox for collection at the local depot.
To ensure a safe and complete delivery of your goods, we advise you to be present at the delivery address to accept REMOVALIST deliveries.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship to Australian locations. But we’re looking forwards to shipping overseas, so stay tuned!
For what reason are your items so reasonable?
Our reasonable costs are thanks to our 'high turnover, low edge' plan of action. When you purchase from conventional furniture stores, you are superfluously paying for wholesalers and the working expenses for their display areas. By removing the mediators, we can offer you great items at 'directly from the maker' costs.
How do I return large items?
Kindly contact our help team here on the off chance that you wish to return a large item. To inspect and assess faulty products, we require the product/s to be returned in their original packaging, with all the accessories and parts, and packaged adequately to avoid additional damage.
What is the return/refund process?
Before a refund is processed, the returned product(s) will be inspected by our warehouse team to ensure that they are in resellable condition. If the returned product(s) are found not to be resellable by our warehouse team, The Furniture Guy (at its sole discretion) reserves the right to refund only 50% or less of the product price paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

How long does it take to process my refund?
We process all refunds within 2 business days of the goods being returned to our warehouse and inspected by our team. All refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the initial purchase of goods. A notification will be sent to you once your refund has been processed.
What if I want to cancel my order after checkout/dispatch?
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery fee and return or redirection costs are non-refundable and/or payable by the customer.
